Using MarketGrabber^® Outside of the United States

We get a lot of questions about using MarketGrabber outside of the United States. MarketGrabber® can and is used outside the US.

When you use our Branding Service we automatically include the following changes to your site to make it suitable for use outside of the US:

• Currency Symbol - we can set the preferred currency symbol to whatever currency symbol you choose, such as Euros, Pounds, etc.
• Date Format - we set a switch in the software so that all dates are in "day month year" format, instead of the US date format.
• Address Fields - we change "zip code" to "postal code", "state" can be changed to "province" if desired.
• Other Text Change - we can change the text on other pages that you specify to make it more applicable to your locale.

In addition, you can use the following self-service back office admin capabilities to localize your site:

• State/Provinces - you can change the list of states and provinces displayed.
• Countries - you can change the list of countries displayed and applicable to your site.
• Postal Codes - our self-service back office admin system allows you to manage postal codes outside of the U.S. - please note that we do NOT provide non-US postal codes so the customer would need to data enter these or arrange to have them imported into the database.

Payment systems vary by country, but we have worked with a number of payment systems outside the US including:

• EWay - www.EWay.com
• Moneris - www.Moneris.com
• PSI Gate - www.PSIGate.com
• WorldPay - www.WorldPay.com

If you have non-US payment system you would like to use that is not listed above, just let us know and we can check to see if we support it.
