Yes. Your site can use SSL to encrypt all transactions. In addition, credit card numbers are not stored in your site, to prevent any risk of theft.

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed immediately by Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal and other payment processors we support.

Yes. You can change any email text using the administrative functions provided with the system

Yes, the admin system allows you to email customers. In addition, you can export customer data to CSV files for import into mail systems such as MailChimp, Constant Contact and others.

Absolutely! There is no programming needed and we can also provide any other services you might need to create a complete, fully-functioning, e-commerce enabled web site! We are the only vendor of this type of software that provides a a full line of comprehensive services to help you run your business!

Ads (or listings), featured ads, subscriptions, display ad space on your web site, and advertising in email messages you send to your customers. You can also charge extra for items such as photos and a web site link.

If you are using our hosting, we can provide you with an SSL certificate. If you are using another hosting provider, you will need to get your SSL certificate through them. For more information see SSL Certificates.

Yes, when we install MarketGrabber we set the date format to your business location. This is done by setting the ASP.net culture code to match your locale.  

Yes, when we install MarketGrabber we set the currency symbol to your businesss location. This is done by setting the ASP.net culture code to match your locale.

Yes. You can add any number of additional pages to the site that you want.

You can remove visible references to MarketGrabber from the site pages. You are not allowed to remove copyright notices in the software source code (the C# code in the source files and other files that are not visible to your site visitors).

No. Each web site that uses MarketGrabber must have a license. We do however provide our customers with a multi-license discount.  Please note, that a single website can have more than one domain name and there is no additional cost to have a site with multiple domain names pointing to the site.

Yes, you can have any number of domain names that point to your web site.

Yes. However, either you or your client must sign our license agreement (whoever owns the rights to the site being developed) and abide by its terms and conditions. As a courtesy to your client (if you are the licensee) you should inform them that you are using licensed software in their site.

No. You may not use any of the MarketGrabber software on a site unless a license has been purchased for that site. There are no exceptions.

Yes. All colors, fonts and graphics can be changed to match your business via updates to the site style sheets. We can also do this for you. See our Design Services for more information.

Graphics, colors and fonts are all controlled via  CSS style sheets. Layout of the home page and interior pages of the site are controlled via .NET Master Pages. Simple changes to these files are automatically reflected on all pages of your site.

Absolutely. In fact, most of our customers purchase our Design Service. We send you a short questionnaire asking about your color preferences, font preferences, graphic preferences, likes and dislikes and we design your site according to your wishes. See Design Services for more information.

Yes. We can do this for you as part of our Enhanced or Premium Design Services. Text on pages is stored in .NET resource files for ease of updating and translation.

Yes.  We provide you with a page template that makes it easy to create new pages using any HTML editor you are comfortable with.  You can also create pages via the back office Page Content functions.

Yes. We recommend Visual Studio, but other platforms may also be used to edit the site files.

Licenses are $399 - $699.00 (prices subject to change) depending on the features you choose. Yes, we offer discounts when more than one edition is purchased. To see this discount, get a price quote and it will automatically be included in your quote.

MarketGrabber can be installed in 1 business day or less. Branding usually requires 1-3 business days. Custom programming depends upon the complexity of the requirements.

Absolutely. For customers that host with us, we provide support as long as your hosting account stays active. If you are providing your own hosting, support is free for 30 days.

Yes. MarketGrabber comes with a getting started guide and several topic specific guides that are linked via the software.  We also have an extensive on-line knowledgebase covering key topics.

Installation is FREE if you use our hosting. If you provide your own hosting, Installation costs $99 for most installations.  See Installation Services for details.

Yes - MarketGrabber is available in Spanish. The ASP.NET resource files are all available for additional editing if required.

Yes. All static text is stored in ASP.NET resource files so it can be translated without modifying the application source code. In addition, all text stored in the database is stored as Unicode characters, which means you can use any language in the world.

Absolutely. Many of our customers have us add specialized customizations to their sites.

This depends on your requirements. We will work with you to create a detailed list of your custom requirements and then provide an estimate for your approval.

Absolutely. All pages can be translated into any other languages. All text stored in the database is stored as Unicode characters, which means you can use any language in the world.

We can provide a translation based on an automated process using Google or Microsoft translation API's.  A client will typically have their own translator available to fine tune these translations.
