- Phone support is available for 60 calendar days from the date your site is set up. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Mountain Time. During non-business hours you may send your support request online to us via the instructions provided to you with your account setup instructions.
- Online support is provided after 60 days as long as you continue to host with us. You may send your support request online to us via the instructions provided to you in your account setup email.
Support for Customers Using Other Hosting Services
- Free Online Support is provided for 30 days after your order is fulfilled. You may send your support request online to us via the instructions provided to you in your account setup email. Support is included for MarketGrabber Software only and does not include third-party hosting servers, email, or any other applications.
- Free Self-Service Support is provided via our online knowledge base.
- Support Service - Our support service may be purchased for $99 per ticket to provide you with software support after the initial 30 days ot free support.
Priority Handling of Support Requests
